⚠️ When You Need a Pool Safety Certificate
You’re legally required to have a current Pool Safety Certificate when:

Selling or leasing a property with a pool or spa

Managing rental properties with pools

Public or body corporate pools are accessible to residents or guests
Certificates are valid for:

2 years for non-shared (private) pools
-
1 year for shared pools (e.g., units, townhouses, hotels)
