This book is the perfect BBQ cookbook. I’ve tried several of the recipes, a rub and a tangy sauce, and they were both delicious. They really elevated my cooking. The pictures that go along with the recipes are mouthwatering good. The hard part here is trying to decide what we are in the mood for – tangy or subtle. Decisions, decisions. Maybe both. I highly recommend this book, especially if you’ve ever struggled with BBQ. This will solve all your problems.

will be trying some of recipes in this book for sure, but I don’t think this was well formatted well for an e-book. I have no interest in zooming in into the recipe to get the list of ingredients, this is no good. It might look better in a print format but honestly it sucks to use it on a mobile device

So this book actually surprised me in the best way possible, I just thought it would be ideas of what you can cook on a barbecue…. I was SO wrong! It has the most amazing recipes included not just for the meats but also sauces and rubs and my favourite has to be finding out you can use cherry coke as a sauce! Highly recommend, this book is really well laid out actually one of the best designed cook books I’ve ever read. I just noticed it is part of a series so at some point I may take a look at some of the other cookbooks too.
